Membership Subscription Terms
* All Memberships are billed either Monthly or Annually. Customers Cards are kept on file and are billed on the 1st of the Month, every Month. Customers can call in to change cards for payment processing. Minimum Membership length is 6 Months. If Membership is cancelled prior to 6 month the entire subscription balance is due. All Late Payments will result in an additional $25.00 Fee per month. By joining as a Member you acknowledge and Agree to these above terms.
