Road Call Fee
The Road Call Fee is a Fee that is charged to Every Customer for Every Visit and it includes the following.
- Travel time to and from your location within the state of Arizona.
- An estimate for your repairs
- It covers return "trips" to and from Local Part stores if needed for Authorized repairs
- It covers return Road Call trips for authorized Special ordered parts to be installed from previous Service Call.
- Debit/Credit Card Payment processing Fees
- Shop Supplies, Personal Protective Equipment, and Disposal Fees
$139.95 Road Call Fee
$2.25 additional per mile after 50 miles to your location within the State of Arizona.
Billable Hours
Invoices are put together based on Recreational Vehicle Industry Experience. Jobs are billed based on labor times of Industry Flat Rate labor as a general guideline.
Mobile Service Labor Rate
$100.00 per Billable Hour

Company Warranty
Arizona Mobile Pro Service stands behind its work quality and ethics by providing our customer with the relief that any repair that is performed is covered by a 30 day Labor warranty on the workmanship performed. All parts installed will come with manufacturer warranty.
If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
*Limitations include customers unit location, part failures, Any repair Deemed by AMPS as Non Warrantable.
Manufacturer Warranty, Insurance Claims and Extended Warranty
Arizona Mobile Pro Service Does NOT service MFG Warranty, Insurance Policies or Extended Warranty Contracts at this time. However, customers can still seek service from Arizona Mobile Pro Service and seek reimbursement if they would like from their provider. Customers must facilitate this on their own. When work is performed an invoice will be provided that can be used for this. You then could request reimbursement with this invoice from your Manufacturer or Extended Warranty. We can still gladly help you with your RV. If you have questions please ask.
